How Does Post-Editing Work ?

The post-editing process is simple :

1. Tick the checkbox — When configuring your conversion, select "Add Human Post-Editing"
2. Submit and pay — Complete your payment (£0.06/word total, including AI conversion)
3. AI conversion — Our system generates your Easy Read Document instantly
4. Professional review — A qualified post-editor reviews and improves the Document
5. Email delivery — You receive your professionally reviewed Document within 3-5+ working days

Unlike standard conversions, Documents with post-editing are not available for instant download. You'll receive a confirmation page with a reference number, and your completed Document will be emailed to you by the delivery date.

Post-editing adds an extra £0.05 per word to the standard AI conversion cost (£0.01/word).

Total cost: £0.06 per word (£0.01 AI + £0.05 post-editing)

All prices include UKAAF compliance verification, professional review, and both PDF and Word formats.

Turnaround Times

Delivery times are based on Document length :

• Under 4,000 words: 3 working days
• 4,000-5,999 words: 4 working days
• 6,000-7,999 words: 5 working days
• 8,000+ words: Add 1 working day per additional 2,000 words

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Your exact delivery date will be shown when you submit your Document.

How much does it cost ?

It costs 6 pence for each word.

This is 1p for the computer, and 5p for the person.

How long will it take ?

It depends on how long your Document is :

• Small Documents: 3 days
• Medium Documents: 4 to 5 days
• Big Documents: More than 5 days

These are working days. We don't count weekends.
